Pier 70 Parcel A
Pier 70 Parcel A
San Francisco, California
Located at the foot of the Potrero Hill and Dogpatch neighborhoods, Pier 70 is a 28-acre site with a unique combination of industrial uses and historic buildings that recalls past shipbuilding, steel manufacturing, and maritime activities. Pier 70 will establish a real estate and creative platform for innovation across technology, arts, making and design to create a best-in-class mixed-use district.
Parcel A includes the construction and development of a six-story concrete life science building designed for top-tier life science tenants, with the flexibility to accommodate traditional office occupants as needed. An emphasis will be placed on biophilia, incorporating abundant daylight, access to fresh air, and natural materials.
This LEED Gold and WELL certified building will be a vital part of an existing broader campus of buildings, which includes significant residential, retail, and arts uses. Our scope includes designs for podium courtyards, terraces, and streetscaping.
