All Hallows Community, located in Southeast San Francisco, features 45 units, supportive services, and a community room for low-income seniors. The project includes redesign and renovation of the entryway, courtyard, private gardens, as well as upper terrace landscape improvements. New native and xeriscape plantings, irrigation, fencing, and site furnishing have been included throughout the site. Sustainable features include native/drought tolerant planting, shade trees, and permeable paving.
