This assisted-living senior community includes 125 residential units with space for up to 160 residents, including supervised care for those with memory loss. The facility offers residents the use of an art studio, a wellness center, a beauty salon, a library and a meditation room.  

Landscape elements provide outdoor recreation and enjoyment to residents and meet Emeryville’s progressive stormwater management and sustainable building requirements. An extensive green roof of over 4,600 square feet absorbs and filters rainwater and channels it into planter boxes on lower floors of the building’s interior courtyard. A roof garden gives residents sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay, and also includes raised planter boxes of ornamental and edible plants for gardening activities.
